Shirrie and Tomer have known each other since they were babies. Growing up through Chabad, high school, Shabbatons, trips, and mutual friends, they were always in each other’s circle, but never imagined their story would turn into this.

Years later, they reconnected at a birthday party, and everything changed. Tomer made the first move, they went on their first date, became inseparable almost instantly, and two weeks later made it official. Five months later, they got engaged.

From the very beginning, everything between them felt natural, easy, and meant to be. They often joke that they are basically the male and female versions of each other - same humor, same values, same outlook on life, and sometimes even the same thoughts.

In a short amount of time, they have already gone through so much together, and through it all, they have always been each other’s biggest supporters. One of the biggest values in their relationship is that no matter what life brings, they always want to work together against a problem, never against each other.

On the weekends, you’ll usually find them exploring new restaurants around the Myrtle Beach area that neither of them have tried before, or spending quality time with friends and family.

They are especially excited to celebrate surrounded by a community that has truly watched them grow up from babies into the people they are today, and now gets to witness them begin this next chapter together.
